Job Description

Pfizer's Specialty Care Integrated Insights & Strategy team seeks a Senior Manager to generate market insights and shape brand strategy for rare disease medicines. The role combines primary research design, data integration, and strategic recommendations to support brand marketing and sales teams using advanced analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute primary market research addressing key business questions and delivering actionable recommendations
• Integrate primary, secondary, and performance data to build complete market dynamics and customer behavior picture
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Support brand strategy by framing business questions and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership
• Deliver brand performance measurement, reporting, and contribute to forecasting and operating plan development

Requirements

• BA/BS in Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years experience in consulting, finance, or market analytics
• 3+ years developing data-driven brand strategy for major, high-value assets at US or Global level
• Deep knowledge of primary and secondary research methodologies with strong insight quality assessment
• Hands-on experience designing and executing primary market research with actionable recommendations
• Ability to integrate commercial data sources and translate complex analysis into compelling narratives
• Strong stakeholder management, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills
