Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Field Supervisor to oversee residential cleaning teams throughout San Diego County. This is a hands-on position responsible for inspecting completed work, supporting cleaners, addressing customer concerns, and keeping daily jobs on schedule.
Compensation:$20 hourly
Responsibilities:Visit job sites and inspect standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and vacation rental cleanings.
Verify that each team completes the assigned checklist and meets company quality standards.
Train and coach cleaners on cleaning techniques, efficiency, safe product use, and customer service.
Help with cleaning, touch-ups, and staff coverage when needed.
Coordinate with the office regarding team assignments, arrival times, delays, and job completion.
Confirm property access instructions and secure homes when leaving.
Document completed work with photos and report damage, maintenance concerns, or missed tasks.
Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate corrections with management.
Monitor supplies and equipment and communicate restocking or repair needs.
Identify conditions requiring additional work and request approval before proceeding.
Promote safe work practices and respectful treatment of clients’ homes and belongings.
At least two years of professional residential cleaning experience preferred.
Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of cleaning products, surfaces, equipment, and safe cleaning methods.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to lead respectfully, solve problems, and work independently.
Reliable transportation to travel between job sites throughout San Diego County.
Smartphone proficiency for scheduling, checklists, photos, and team communication.
English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
Work Requirements
Ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching, and using stairs, with reasonable accommodation.
Availability to travel between multiple properties during the workday.
Some weekend availability may be required based on bookings.
