Job Description

Director leading business operations for a newly established Data & Intelligence organization at Pfizer. Responsible for organizational infrastructure, communications, workforce operations, and financial management across a global, matrixed environment. Reports to executive leadership and manages a team of 3–5 colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Establish operating rhythms, governance structures, decision forums, and management reporting for the D&I organization
• Own communications, engagement, and culture agenda including town halls, announcements, and colleague listening mechanisms
• Lead organizational operations covering headcount, compensation planning, hiring forecasts, and people processes
• Provide workforce insights and scenario analysis to support organization design and talent planning decisions
• Lead financial planning and operational management for OpEx and CapEx including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in business operations, finance, organizational operations, or related field
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional operations in global matrixed organizations with direct people leadership
• Demonstrated financial planning and management expertise including OpEx, CapEx, forecasting, and executive reporting
• Proficiency managing workforce processes: headcount planning, compensation, organizational changes, resource scenarios
• Experience designing and delivering leadership communications and large-scale organizational forums
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and lead through ambiguity

Compensation: $176,600–$294,300 base annually
