Airbnb & Vacation Rental Cleaning Contractor

Squeaky Clean NEO INC – Northeast Ohio

Estimated Earnings: $20–$30/hour equivalent | Independent Contractor (1099) | Flexible Schedule

Squeaky Clean NEO is expanding our short-term rental cleaning services! We're seeking dependable, detail-oriented independent contractors to clean and prepare Airbnb and vacation rental properties between guest stays.

What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare vacation rentals between guest stays.

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.

• Wash, dry, fold, and replace linens and towels, on-site or off-site depending on the property.

• Make beds and prepare spaces for arriving guests.

• Restock guest amenities using provided inventory.

• Take before-and-after photos.

• Report damage, maintenance issues, and low supplies.

• Complete final walkthroughs and secure properties.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and time-management skills.

• Reliable transportation and a smartphone.

• Ability to pass a background check and maintain required liability insurance.

• Professional cleaning experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation & Contractor Status

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position.

Contractors are compensated per completed turnover, with estimated hourly-equivalent earnings of $20–$30 depending on experience, efficiency, reliability, and property requirements. Actual earnings vary by assignment.

Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses. Work is offered based on property bookings and contractor availability; assignments are not guaranteed.
